HASSLE FREE RETURNS

Shade not quite what you were needing? Want to try something a little different? Or simply don't love it? Just click on the chat icon in the bottom right of the site and enter your order number along with the name of the product you wish to return. Within 24 hours you will have a pre-paid shipping label in your email to print out to use to ship back your item. Our goal is to make your buying experience the absolute best it can possibly be. 

International orders are provided as a customer service, but due to the complexities of international trade, returns and exchanges are not available on international orders. If a package is abandoned you will receive a refund minus shipping costs and 10% restocking fee.

Prices and availability are subject to change. Occasionally, certain products may be discontinued, in these instances, you are entitled to a speedy refund.

If out of stock, we will immediately place your order on backorder. When your item becomes available, it will be automatically shipped to you.
