How To
Use the applicator to dab 2 – 3 dots on the eye lids. Blend with ring finger to create a smooth, even canvas. Eye Lift™ Eye Shadow Base can be worn alone for a natural yet perfect look or follow with Luxury Eye Shadow Trio.
Ingredients
Caprylyl Glycol (and Phenoxyethanol) – An emollient with moisturizing properties. When found in combination with Phenoxyethanol, these two ingredients work together as an antimicrobial.
Ingredients: Cyclopentasiloxane, Dimethicone, Disteardimonium Hectorite, Silica, Lauryl Methacrylate/Glycol Dimethacrylate Crosspolymer, Propylene Carbonate, Dimthicone/Vinyl Dimethicone Crosspolymer, Caprylyl Glycol, Vanillin.
